Learn With Me !

LEARN WITH ME!computer-216890_1280

What I learn, I want to teach. That’s the purpose of my Blog, “ucan-do-it-too”. You see when I learn something new I excited to share it with anyone and everyone whom might be interested in learning something new or something that can help them deal with many of life’s everyday challenges.

So come along with me as we lean something we all need and that’s trying to get and stay up to speed in the ever changing and evolving world of the Internet and all of the opportunities and challenges it presents.

At first glance it’s overwhelming and quiet intimidating. It’s like where do you start? I’m starting out with this blog. Why because I feel that the way I need to learn something is by doing it. I’ve been reading and searching the internet and web for some 18 years now. Wow I can’t believe it’s been that long already, how about you?

Through out this time I have been inspired to think about all the many thing I would like to do with it. Make my living from it. I’m sure many of you thing about that too. Wether it be directly or indirectly. We all see the potential it has for communications.

We all see how communication is a key factor in getting where, what, who or whatever we want in life. Wether we need to convey an idea to our-self’s or someone else. How else could we ever know where to start or what were looking to accomplish.

Do you want to use the internet to advertise your business, to sell your wares and creations, perhaps your art be it, music, visual, writing? Want customers for you brick and mortar business? I think just about everyone see the power of this media.

So back to my original question. Where do you start?

For me I started with this blog. I found and great introduction into blogging that I found very helpful. It actually payed you to learn, as crazy as that sounds. And it is taught be someone with lots of experience in this area. If your interested his name is Jeremy Shoemaker and the program is call Shoemoney. If your completely new, it’s a fun and informative program.

But I have found a endless supply of free resources to help get you started and give you much of the information you need to get a through understanding of the ways to go about getting started. But like anything else that’s just the beginning, there’s a lot to learn so don’t be impatient. As I’m learning once you get started you start to understand more and more.

So as I stated in my title for this post Learn With Me and as I learn, I’ll love to share it with you. If I can do it, “ucan-do-it-too”.

To a great life together.

Many Great Returns!

Who said there aren’t any good safe returns on your investments today!

Well let me talk to you about something I’ve been working on. And after you done reading what I’m working on let me know what you think. Me and my wife have a little house sitting on a nice lot in a not so good neighbor hood, not a bad hood, but not prime let say. We have been renting this little house for some time now and getting a nice little income from it. Lets say just for discussion we put a value of $50,000.00 on it. When you see my example you see how this investment is worth a whole lot more based on most other investment returns, not counting the risks with some of these other investments. Now what I ben thinking about, and you let me know if I’m all wet here. You take that $50,000.00 dollars and put it in the bank and what will they give you in return let say a savings. Some people I know say there getting all of 1% interest.

That’s $50,000.00 X .01= $500.00 for the year, we won’t get into compounding right now. You take that same $50,000.00 and purchase a little property like the one we own and were getting $6,000.00 per year rental income ($500.00 per month). If we do the math on that, $50,000.00 X 12% = $6,000.00 per year gross. Now yes there are some expenses that you need to deduct from that. For arguments sake we say our taxes are $600.00 per year, you what? (remember this was not prim real estate. There is also insurance which we’ll say is another $1,000.00 for example. The other expenses are for maintenance. Even if we allow another $400.00 per year. That’s still a return of $4,000.00 per year. Which based on you initial investment, that’s still a 8% return on your investment. And you own the property which is more security that any of the other investments I can think of today.

So I ask you would you be interested in these types of investments? Let me know what you think and if you would like to know how ucan-do-it-too.

Please leave your comments below and take a moment to sign-up for my news letter and check out my blog. There you’ll find out how we can go about doing more deals like this and how we could help each other. You can also friend me of Facebook or leave me a tweet. To a great life together!

My review of the shoemoney program, you can’t help but learn and earn too!

Shoemoney ReviewI have been following internet millionaire Jeremy Schoemaker for a couple years now. I am on his newsletter and saw an email that said he was frustrated that he had sold many “how to make money online” products and even though the content was good very few people every logged in and did anything.

So he claimed not only would this be free but he would pay you for accomplish tasks. I signed up. More because I was curious to see what his angle was than anything else. The first task was drop dead simple and I instantly received a dollar and it was sent to my paypal instantly. and yet I never paid him anything.

Then I continued and went through the course now setting up my website. Then installing a theme, then installing plugins, etc etc. By the end of the 2nd level he send me $3. The course continued and I was glued.

Jeremy not only walks you through setting up everything step by step (and paying you as you accomplish the tasks), but also makes it fun awarding you belts like a karate system.

But while the money was fun and kept me going, at the end I had a great blog with all the key plugins. A decked out facebook page and a email newsletter.

I have spent many hours playing farmville but this was like that only at the end you keep the farm and you have something of real value.

Again I never paid him $1. I kept waiting to see the trick but there truly is none.

If you seem skeptical give it a try it and when you make your first dollar in five minutes you will be as hooked as me. I just want to say thank you Jeremy. Click here to register.

Another Day In Hell !

If I can get through a day like I had today, u can do it too!

I’m sure we all have days like this. You know the kind of day thay starts out good, and then gradually slides down hill from there.

To give you the details it went like this, I was just finishing up a bathroom remodeling job where I was replacing a bath tub with a walk-in shower. I was almost finished with the job when all I had left to do was to drill a few holes to mount some safety grab bars. Having drilled 8 holes through the nice tile job I just finished I found out 4 of the holes I drilled wouldn’t work. The wood I though would be behind the holes I drilled that were to support the screws to hold the bar was not there, So now I had to come up with another means to support the bar. Because it will be used to help someone in the shower support themselves it had to be strong enough to handle some weight. So I went to my local Lowes store and found some wall toggle bolts. They would support well ovewr 200+ lbs. Great, but I would have to drill a larger hole to use them. I went a head a bought a new diamond drill bit the size required and headed back to the job. Ok so now all I had to do to finish up and collect my money was to drill the holes and mount the bar. Drilled the first hole fine no problem. Drilled the second hole and “bang”! The drilled bound up and I crackeds the tile I just finished installing.

Great, here goes my day. Now I have to chop out the broken tile and replace it with another. So after much fowl words I set out to fix the mess I just created. I regained my composure and set out to get it done. And now after replacing the til I have to drill the holes. worrying all the while that I hope I don’t break another tile again. Wow I got through it with out a problem.

So good for me right, no that’s but the point I’m trying to share with you. What I would like to share with you is, shit happens and we have to deal with it. So we need to get our head together and face the problem head on and do what we have to do to get through it.

And that’s the main point of My Blog. If I can do it “U can do it too” Shit happens to all of us every day and we neede to find a way to get through it. And I want to help, by sharing my experience with you, and your experience with me I know we could get through it together.
